This is a church camp. Communal water to everyone at the church camp. Gets drained every fall.. There always seems to be sediment every year when I turn on the water to my cottage in May.
Delta kitchen faucet - low flow issue

I think I need to replace the two o-rings the seal the spout. But not sure what o-rings I need. It's probably a 25 or 30 year old single handle faucet that looks like a Delta.
You're going in deep with sleeves rolled up that's an old faucet. Go to depot, lowes or walmart and pick up a new faucet its a summer cottage don't have to go wild if the supply valves are 3/8 compression most new faucets come with pre-attached water lines and you're done. I would just check your valves I did a faucet for my father his valves were 1/2" NPT had to get adapters to adapt to 3/8 compression.

I believe you are looking for these o-rings to seal the pivoting spout on a classic Delta single handle kitchen faucet.
DELTA RP-25
They should be available at Home Depot or Lowes, either as a Delta brand or a Danco aftermarket part.
Nothing at the summer cottage comes apart easily. The shutoff valves are one normal quarter turn ball valve sweated into 1/2" copper and an old fashioned globe valve sweated into 1/2" copper.
Given that I have the faucet apart and now just a matter of cleaning or replacing the diverter and replacing o-rings that would seem to be the easiest path forward.
So I have yet to find a parts list diagram. I think there are two o-rings to seal the spout? Two cup washers (on top of springs) under the ball and a rubber piece and nylon piece on top the ball. And thats it as far as seals/gaskets go.

I am back at summer cottage. New diverter and o-rings. The top white nylon piece has a pin the needs to fit down a slot in the main faucet housing. But springs in the washers below the ball push the ball and the nylon piece up.
Screwing in the large nut that holds everything together tends to turn the nylon piece so pin no longer lined up to go into the slot.
There must be a trick to holding down the ball, lining up the pin on nylon piece and screwing in the nut.
Ideas. If you have taken one apart you know exactly what I mean!
