This is a church camp. Communal water to everyone at the church camp. Gets drained every fall.. There always seems to be sediment every year when I turn on the water to my cottage in May.
I think I need to replace the two o-rings the seal the spout. But not sure what o-rings I need. It's probably a 25 or 30 year old single handle faucet that looks like a Delta.

You're going in deep with sleeves rolled up that's an old faucet. Go to depot, lowes or walmart and pick up a new faucet its a summer cottage don't have to go wild if the supply valves are 3/8 compression most new faucets come with pre-attached water lines and you're done. I would just check your valves I did a faucet for my father his valves were 1/2" NPT had to get adapters to adapt to 3/8 compression.
