Depends. They’re apparently closing a lot of locations that are still dine-in. I haven’t seen one in a while. The ones I’ve been to are delivery and pickup/to-go only.

But they’re doing quite well internationally. That might’ve still have value.

I think the classic national chains are just out of fashion. Think about Ponderosa Steakhouse and Red Lobster. Part of the issue is that these equity firms come in and do the usual pump and dump with newer ones. Torchy's Tacos for example is trending downhill. Cost cutting kills the quality and customers stop going.
