I've lived in a suburban setting very close to a major metropolitan area for all my life. That means the most densely populated part of the USA East Coast. I have to say that passing on a two lane road is not a common occurrence in suburbia. Rather this is a concept that occurs in the more rural areas. Low-power vehicles do quite well in suburban areas particularly when the roads are designed well. And I've even passed traffic on the two-lane roads in my 67 hp Mercedes in more rural areas...
