50 grade is the plan. I've honestly been trying to distance myself from equipment with too many red flags. I take pride in my work, and want machines to leave being fixed correctly knowing the owner can depend on the equipment for a long time. When something shows up completely falling apart with baling wire and zip ties holding everything together, low on oil, and the customer just wants to "fix it so I can mow and don't worry about the maintenance stuff" I don't want those kind of customers. I only have a limited amount of time (this is a side business for me) so I can be picky about what I take in fortunately.Basically 1/2 or 3/4 of the money for a new box store ZT. I don't know if it was this customer in particular since mowers change hands but it's hard to get motivated doing that much work when you see all the red flags you saw on this mower.

This particular mower is a shame, because it's about 10 years old and if maintained it would last probably 10 more years. I have a neighbor with an almost identical mower, same engine but with the larger 50" deck, and it probably has twice the hours and is 5 years older. Hers still runs great.
