Customer service at Auto-Rx

I can't find a section for this, so I am putting it here. If this is not the correct area, please put it where it belongs.

I spent several days reading about Auto-Rx and decided I needed to try this magical stuff. I went to the wesite and read the material. I did not want to place an order online with my credit card as I am too scared to deal with that stuff. So, I emailed Auto-Rx about mailing my order with a personal check. I quickly received a response saying a personal check was perfectly fine. So, I printed out my order form and mailed a check on Monday 03/03/2008. The following Monday, 03/10/2008, I received two bottles of Auto-Rx from the DHL man. I also received an email with tracking information when my order was shipped. That was a very nice added bonus to the sale.

Frank has a return customer with me and I am very pleased with my transaction.

There are a large number of businesses that will no longer even touch a personal check. It is cash or plastic only in most businesses.

That's why was expressing my surprise. I guess you thought I was being sarcastic. Well, I was, but only when I suggested paying with sea shells.

Strange, The ARx Canadian distributor 'Wanted' a cheque, he would add a 5% surcharge if I used Pay pal or plastic! there seemed to be one surcharge added after another. I went along with him until the cost of two bottles of Arx exceeded $60 then he wanted to charge another $2 on top of that for packing material. I declined.
Personally I feel safer paying by plastic, if I pay by cheque and the product is a no-show, I'm on my own. With credit, in the past I have been compensated if a transaction goes bad.

By the way, How did Frank's car end up in the ditch?
