Internet --> Router/Modem(Dynamic IP) --> Untangle PC w/ Kaspersky Antivirus/Antispam --> WIRED Switch --> 4 PCs w/ Bitdefender AV/Comodo Firewall/Sandboxie/VMware/Comodo Dragon/TOR/HideMyAss

I wish my Untangle PC could run on OpenBSD while running Untangle but it doesn't support it. So I can't upgrade that way. And my 4 PCs can't run OpenBSD either.

Can I do anything to improve my current setup?

With all that you've got there, I would say you could safely turn your attention to using your computers rather than further securing them against intrusion.

Keep in mind you still have two issues that need perpetual attention and cannot be assuaged with money or products: 1) Updates. Sometimes this needs to be done manually; and should be checked manually from time to time at the least. I am referring to everything from virus definitions to kernel updates. 2) Preventing the disclosure of private information. This requires some common sense and a healthy skepticism about the sites you visit. No security structure in the world can prevent you from falling victim to crafty re-directions or falsified SSL certificates or domain spoofing or the plain, simple outright request for passwords and other info.

That setup is so crazy that I'm not sure if this is a trolling attempt. Best of luck to you, man. It's a jungle out there!

yes, there is one thing people often over look, make sure the firmware for the router and switch is up to date

many security flaws (firewall pinholes) are found and patched via firmware updates

go to the web page for each hardware device and update the firmware, make sure you back up any system settings BEFORE updates or you will zap your settings

I've posted the same setup at Wilder's security forum, it's all good.

Good lord why?

Are you storing top secret gov't documents on your computer or a member of a terrorist splinter cell worried about the gov't getting a hold of your plans for your next target?

Mine is cable modem - Buffalo router running the current version of Tomato, and MSE + Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and Hitman Pro on the 4 machines attached to the network.

I guess you could always consider adding HitmanPro as an on-demand scanner. Free to use as a scanner and 30 day trial if you want to use it to remove anything it may find.

I always think it's funny to see fat guys who shave their heads and grow goatees and think it makes them look tough and/or scary.

And since I'm a semi-fat guy, I'm allowed to say that.

Unplug it from the Internet.

That reminds me about a question/ response I saw some years ago on an audio recording forum. The OP had asked, in relation to a very poor quality audio compressor "What is the best setting for this unit?" (Compressors work by limiting the dynamic range of audio, so there is no "best" setting; this was a rookie question...) The first response was from a wise old curmudgeon who said "Off."
