Curious about PUP 0w-20

At least a month ago I sent a message regarding this info.

PUP 0w-20 is SP rated. I asked about this document that is outdated. (Feb. 2019) All other PUP viscosities are showing SP, just this viscosity is not up to date. They sent me a form response that Shell would return my message. Not yet….

I sent them a question concerning Penz Plat 5-30 and like you, no answer.....wait and wait. Hope they answer you soon.
