I drew a sample from my Brother's 2003 Dodge 3500 Cummins 6 speed dually today. Mods are S&B intake and straight pipe. The oil has ~5,000 miles and the truck has 103,000.
My main concern is the insoluble/silicon level from the intake. He has had it ~6 months and we changed the oil when he got it with a Mopar filter and Rotella 15w40. I tried getting him to go 10k and he wanted a used oil analysis first.
I need to box it up and get it to Blackstone. I anticipate having something by Saturday if I can get it to the post office tomorrow. I will post up the results when I get them.
It towed our 9,100 pound T250 for about ~250 miles and a sewer jetter for ~250 miles. So, it did get a little bit of a workout, but most miles are daily commuting.
