CRAZY HEAT is Coming to the Northwest

Nicer in Kamloops? It hit 45C today out at the airport which is beside the river.
Lytton, BC got up to 49.5C and the weather station in up on the highway near the high school.

That is 121 degrees farenheit! That is crazy!

Pretty much got into the routine. Ran the AC until 5 in the morning. Sometime prior to 5 the coils froze off when the outside temp dropped to abut 68 F ( mountain air) I don’t like letting that happen but fell asleep. Got up at five, shut off the AC, opened all the windows to cool the house from 77 to 72. When the outside temp rose to 72, I closed up all the windows and set the AC to initially to 73 and then to 77. It didn’t come on until late afternoon but I’ve been cruising along at 77 inside and as much as 100 F outside. One more super hot day forecast. 8:00 PM temp is 98F. The basement walk out level is at 72 degrees. Watching game 2 of the Stanley Cup. Go Habs!
