Could this be one of the oldest if not the oldest single family home in the U.S.?

In Huntsville, AL we have the LeRoy Pope Home, built in 1814. Looks like something that would have been the main house on a large plantation.

Houses in Plymouth MA area maybe back to 1640s. Quite a few in the 1650 -1700 era.
The Fairbanks home near Boston is said to be the oldest surviving wood timber structure in the U.S., thought to be built c. 1641.

I'll try to dig out a photo from 2009 when we were there.

I can already picture the for sale Zillow add for this in the current market:

“Quaint 1600s historical home with 600 sqft of living space. Luxury finishes installed throughout create an inviting place to call home! New LVP flooring installed throughout (2019). New toilet pit dug (1912). Buyer agrees to waive all inspections and contingencies. $849,000. Great investment opportunity! This won’t stay on the market long!”
