Maybe its listed wrong but the oil is cheaper online than the store maybe?

Online is $54 for 4 jugs ($13.50 each)
My Costco phone app says its $30 for 2 jugs instore ($15 each)

Usually it was a couple dollars more online before.

I don't see it online. Wish it was since it cost more instore vs online.
Thx for confirming. I don't even have a membership even though I at one point created a Costco account and have a digital ID. I'm going to try to order a 4 pack. Great oil and price!

Edit: So I just realized that my Dad's costco acct/membership is associated with my email. I think that's why I got no surcharge and/or was able to order it. I have also heard in the past that if you don't have a membership, you can still buy it but it might cost you a few extra dollars. Worth it for this deal IMO.

How much was it?
16 bucks for a 5 quart bottle. The regular price is 27 or 29. I don't think many vehicles that use 0W8 are getting DIY maintenance at this point in their life so it's gathering dust on the shelf.

They were also closing out Valvoline Euro 5W40 for 21 bucks. Not sure why. Since they remodeled my local store the oil shelf section is about 40% smaller. But they have much more space for oil and air filters. Not sure where in the management chain those decisions are made.

Kid who manages my local Aldi food store told me he gets weekly reports on what sells, what doesn't and how to re-arrange inventory. I assume WalMart is similar.

Local Kroger now has robots with cameras cruising the aisles taking continuous inventory feeding into software for restocking. My 4 yr old granddaughter thinks they are cute.

Of course the vaunted Toyota Production System was based on one used by Piggly Wiggly in Memphis Tenn.

Might be a loop hole for ordering for shipment. I can tell you it would be impossible to buy without a membership in store.
