Cordless hand held blower

60V Greenworks. Uses the same battery as my pole saw and edger. Also have 60V weed eater, chainsaw, and shrub trimmer, but the battery case on them is lightly different. No more 2-cycle gas for me. Only gas powered yard stuff I use now is the lawnmower.

Search is over done deal thanks for all who chimed in.

my makita tool-s started with a chain saw + 2 OE $$ batteries + charger, the 18v system as they work on many tools, some use 2 at once + generic batteries are less than half the cost + work well IMO. my blower runs the 18v's down faster than other tools but having 6 is no issue. no problems with the blower, saws or grass trimmer all use the same 18v batteries that vary in size + weight!! also have 2 makita impacts, pick a brand-system + use the same batterie-s for ALL. i prefer gas powerd mowers + real electric tools etc but batteries have their place IMO!!

I didn't have it in my hand at the time that's all that matters I need it now
I hear that, the thing with greenworks is once you are in the system they have very nice string trimmers etc.
Also maybe they went on sale today? Will they pricematch their own website?
I'm showing 75 blower 139 battery and 69 charger.

I needed to get to the brewery I ain't got time messing with the ins and outs that's what you want good let's go

Greenworks 80V tools I own:

Mower - works great but not for mowing 3 foot weed fields
Stick blower - blows great, heavy with largest 4AH battery but hold tight when pushing TURBO button
Backpack blower - comfy even with heavy battery, nozzile will become projectile if not locked in. Ditto TURBO button
18" Chain saw - best if modded with Oregon bar, chains, and locking nuts. Cuts nice, punches above it's class
Whacker - I have been beating on this thing for three years. I burn through string - three sizes. I've no need for a gas trimmer

At 66 now, I really don't need 2T tools so much anymore. AT first glance yeah their stuff can seem toy like, but it's not broken yet!! Great bargain.

thanks I just ordered the greenworks 80v blower.

I got the 80v self propelled mower a few weeks ago for under $400, and it works fine. Looks like the same battery as the blower and charger.
I started with the same mower, got it from Costco in case I wanted to return it. It came with a charger and a couple of batteries, and it has proven to be an excellent performer in my hilly yard. The blower came next; then I got the chain saw, which I just used today for a couple hours. It tore through a 10-inch Russian olive trunk as well as any gas saw I've owned. I did replace the original chain, which wasn't great.

My most recent purchase is a string trimmer. I'm very happy with that too. All 80 volt, so the batteries power all the tools.

I cant envision buying into either a hand held or garden platform with only a handful of available tools on it.

Makitas LXT18V 18x1-2 has 325 tools, and the 40/80 XGT is at 100 tools.
You can power large tools with two of them, or split them up for drills, impacts, or anything you need to hold in one hand or above your head.

Im lucky to have access to a family owned Makita shop with onsite repair and assistance in case I have a problem I can walk in and get my problem attended to.
I haven't needed it but they have loaners or rentals available in a pinch.
