I've been looking at 15" winter tires for my Accent and I've mainly been shopping the Blizzak WS90, Michelin X-ice snow and Nokian Hakka R5. I noticed Discount tire had a sale on these coopers and I couldn't believe the price. $445 mounted and balanced with tax. That's $170 cheaper than the Michelins which are also on sale.

I don't expect them to perform as well as my 3 top choices but reviews seem to show they are a solid choice. Anyone run these tires?

Yes , the Evolution Winter ( Goodyear ) are very good tires for the price . Get ours with studs . Use(d) them on the '13 FIT and '18 Accent for past 6 years or so . Thinking of purchasing MASTERCRAFT Glacier Trex with studs or possibly HERCULES Avalanche RT w/ studs . All 3 have many deeps sipes and are studdable for extra bite . The pattens are somewhat similar as well . I think all 3 are related , particularly the MASTERCRAFT ( Goodyear ) . If you wait until next month you may see rebates from all 3 .

It appears that the Evolution Winter are studable tires, so they are going to perform a lot better on ice then regular non-studable winter tires. We have a set of Michelin X-Ice snow which work very well on our Subaru. Studded ties are not permitted in Michigan.

These EVOLUTION Winter are for the FIT . Very good on ice and in snow . Scroll down for pictures .
