THANKS

I installed these 8K miles ago on my 2000 Saab 9-5.

Very quiet tires. Eventhough I bought the V-rated model, the sidewalls are not as stiff as the V-rated Cooper Zeon Sport A/S tires they replaced. Limited tramlining when driving on grooved concrete, so limited that there is only one short section of my 105 mile daily round-trip commute where I can feel it.

I would consider these to be high speed touring tires, and not high performance tires. Very pleased with them so far.

18k on a V rated set on a Camry. Show no wear, balance well and provide a smooth quiet ride, wet and dry.
I'd buy again.

Alright, I got mine on. Dry driving is quiet and comfortable. Handling is fine so far. They definately have a quality feel. If I got a good deal for the right car, I'd buy them again. I got mine used, good tread for a good price. I needed some summer smokers. I'll be using this pair in conjunction with some Eagle Response Edge, so expect to hear more...especially after it rains.

+1 I am now rethinking my decision to buy at Sams club. There are several Cooper dealers in our area. I wonder if they'd have my 225/60/16s in stock.

If they ain't got 225/60/r16s they ain't gonna be in business long!

Monday I stopped at one dealer and talked with them and $415 later have a better and quiet ride. :) My wife took me to work, then went to have them put on (they could get them next day) and they are the Lifeliner GLS. Not a bad tire; I'll try Coopers again.

Nice!

I have yet to use mine in any rain, but on dry they are very composed in the turns, and they ride nicely. They are actually a lot like my Eagle ResponsEdge. At the right price, I'd buy them but this pair was used and am notorious for not using a type more than once....something else always comes along.

I'd say for a performance sedan that you want the best possible ride on, they are great. A sports car tire they are not. So, for a Accord they are an upgrade, for a BMW, they are a little below par. Still, would I put them on a BMW, yes. They are working great on my Accord.

I'm guessing they would make the Cavalier handle like a dream compared to the tires on now.

I just bought a set of V rated for my '06 Accord. Having them put on next week. Fleet Farm had them on sale, buy 3 get one free. Plus there is a $50 rebate from Cooper. Net cost is $345 including all installation, fees plus road hazard. A far cry from the $500+ I was considering for some Bridgestones.
