Looking for suggestions on the most effective way to flush ATF (yogurt) out of cooling systems, and vice versa, coolant out of the A/T. Thanks in advance.

I would run some citrus based cleaner through the cooling system.
The transmission is more difficult and critical. I would do a cooling line flush with the full capacity of the transmission and TC plus 50% more.
