Well, I really did it this time. I was going down the street the other day, when all of a sudden, lost my PS, wasn't charging, and my temp started rising. I figured the serpentine belt broke. I was about 1 half mile from home, and figured I'd just ease it home. Well, it wasn't the belt, it was the idler pulley bracket that broke. I went to Autozone, which had one for 50 bucks, put it on, put the belt on, test drove it, and everything seems fine. Today, I get home from work, and there is a big puddle underneath. Coolant. I pop the hood, and see small coolant bubbles coming from between the intake manifold and the valve cover meet. I'm guessing it got a little too hot getting it home the other day. Anyways, I'm thinking about changing the gasket. Is there anything else I should do, or look at, while I have things torn apart? Or sould I just dump some "stop leak" in the radiator? Thanks.
