Check in with your dealership on OEM...I'm guessing the price per gallon is similar enough to be negligible. I recently got Honda Type 2 for $2 more per gallon than what I would've paid for Zerex Asian blue at the auto store.

Get a coolant that meets the engine manufacturer specs. SuperTech or Zerex or OEM.

For my Ford PSD I found 4 gallons of Ford Orange online for a decent price.

This. ^^^^
Check the back of the bottle. Does the Supertech meet the Nissan spec? If yes, you should be able to trust it. If no, I'd stay with the Zerex.

Personally, I use either OEM coolant from the dealership or Zerex. I've never had much confidence in the off brand coolants. I guess if you test your fluid regularly, the cheap brands of coolant may be ok.
