Autozone has Coastal ATF+4 for $3.69/qt. I know all ATF+4's should be the same or nearly the same, but I'm just asking if anyone has used the Coastal fluid and been happy with it.
When I changed out Valvoline ATF+4 for SuperTech ATF+4, the shift quality went down and it never came back even after many miles and transmission retraining. That's my experience - not all ATF+4's are equal. If I need to spend the extra for Valvoline, I will.
