hi. i have about 50 sets of GM TBI units with the 2 large injectors to clean. i will be selling them on ebay sometime soon. i have set up my pump and cleaning rig and now am shopping for some cleaner to run through them to make sure that they flow well. what are the best active ingredients to look for? i did a search and found too much conflicting info out there. i was trying to use B12 chemtool with gasoline but it will not mix past a certain point and it pools on the bottom. i am also concerned that something like acetone will damage the injector seals if left siting in them as too high a concentration. does anybody have any suggestions? thanks.

There shouldn't be anything in b-12 that wouldn't readily mix with gasoline.

Odd...

I have used b-12/toluene to clean an injector off the car before. I used it straight....

i know. i was suprised to see it pooling in the bottom of the bucket. i guess i could just let the pump run and circulate it and mix it up. b12 is awesome stuff. but is b12 safe to leave it in the injector? can it eat the seals or rubber o-rings? i dunno.

yes, but i dont have a chevy to try the part out on. i am worried about long term problems.
