She makes what looks like an amazing Cinnamon Cake. This would be awesome with some sort of Cream Cheese Frosting or Caramel Dip.

17 minutes - Assembly (after dough is made)
28:20 minutes - Baked

Quote
CINNAMON CAKE:
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 oz Active Dry Yeast (2 envelopes)
1/4 lb Butter (1 Stick)
4 cups All Purpose Flour
2 extra large Eggs

Form dough into small balls and roll each ball first into melted Butter (2 Tbsp) and then into a mixture of 1.5 cups Sugar with 3 Tbsp Cinnamon. Then place each ball into pan. Sprinkle more of the Sugar and Cinnamon mixture on top of cake. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

An old 1766 bakery in a Moravian community called Old Salem bakes every Saturday morning and is open to the public. It's a small community in Winston Salem, N.C. and they bake bread, Moravian sugar cookies and sugar cakes in an old wood fired stone oven. I occasionally fill a thermos with coffee and get in line for this melt in your mouth sugar cake right out of the oven. The baker builds a fire in the oven early prior to baking, heats the oven to 500 degrees, rakes the coals out, lets the oven cool to 400 degrees then begins baking. I've tried bribing him into baking me a pizza without success. Winklers bakery.com.

That would be perfect with coffee.

I bring coffee to the carnival and drink it with fried oreos. I'm a huge fan of coffee with cake and cookies.

Coffee is a food group to Italians, so most likely.

Well I'm not Italian and I consider coffee a necessity. I wish I could eat some of that cake with it.
