A cheap Xmas, so I can spend money on silly luxuries such as heating oil.
A warm house is probably on the top of nice things to have.

Less bills going into the New Year. I may buy my wife a Tom-Tom or other gadget when they're on the discount shelf. I won't buy anything with residual costs attached to it.
We haven't used the heat yet. It gets below 50F inside on a couple of nights. I wear a hooded sweat shirt and a hat. I might buy myself some decent slippers. Wearing sneakers or street shoes @ 1am just doesn't feel right. Getting up to hit the bathroom is a chilling experience.

I SOOOOOOOOO wish my family would do this. Every gift I give my family, even if ti's something that they've wanted and can use, sits and gathers dust.
I'm taking my family out to dinner on Christmas eve. to a really nice German Restaurant. That's my gift this year. At least when it ends up in the toilet, it will have served it's purpose and have been enjoyed!

I could go for a new Silverado. Maybe a new speed boat? A couple hundred gallons of Pennzoil Platinum? There's an empty spot in my shop where a 60" LCD TV would fit perfect....
