Havn't really been away, a watching brief I think you'd call it. I have 15 different hot sauces in work fridge and drawer. If it doesn't have Chilli I don't eat it basically.
I'm not originally from Cincinnati so I was rather amused when I found out what "Cincinnati style" chili was. It's not even chili in my opinion. It's a very thin, soupy concoction that they serve over spaghetti and then cover with a huge mound of shredded cheddar cheese. People around here seem to love the stuff, but I don't care for it. There are dozens and dozens of these chili restaurants all over the area.
Yuck!
