Checking for counterfeit parts.

I think Walmart has an supply chain that probably eliminates almost all knock,-offs. Sure you can get ones that were returned used or broken or knock-offs but that's got to be an extremely small percentage.

I’ve gotten counterfeit items from Walmart before. Most recently a fridge water filter which leaked within a few days. It was a pretty darn good counterfeit. Only after I had done some research online could I notice the differences. Walmart’s response was basically welp sucks for you. They don’t care. Walmart is trending towards being as bad as Amazon.

Which Autozone does, They buy directly from the manufacturer....Bosch, Denso, NGK, Autolite etc.

Sorry, my reply was ambiguous, I didn't intend to imply there was anything wrong with Autozone. I buy NGK plugs from Autozone, Advance, O'Reilly's, etc. as opposed to somewhere like Amazon who seems to have questionable supply chain.
