Checked oil level...lots of "micro" bubbles

Bubbles usually come from the crank whipping the oil into a froth, not good for bearings.
Check the level when the car is stone-cold, and drain some if necessary. Keep a eye on it over the next couple of weeks.

I'm not a chemist but I'm 100% sure the bubbles have nothing to do with the mix.

*EDIT*
I just saw the VOA, Why on earth put that much kerosene in with fresh oil?! It's yours to do what you want with, and the MMO has probably mostly evaporated by now, but maybe use a bt less (or none) next time..

What you mixed I wouldn't have run.

I mean, almost 1L of MMO??

If you tried to wreck an engine with a mix of "safe" products, this would be the best attempt I have ever seen on this site.

I find it disappointing that you have no Lucas in the crankcase. I mean none.

All kidding aside, I think all that MMO must be allowing air in the mixture, I don't think it has any anti-foaming agents in it but I know nothing of MMO.

And yes, as Olas said: Air bubbles beat the you know what out of bearings. I'd just dump this frankenmix. I mean PYB is cheaper than bottled water.

I'm quite sure MMO has zero anti-foam agents in it since it isn't a motor oil

Why would you add MMO is modern day motor oils?
Just asking????????
That would be the last thing I'd do.

MMO is a good slow gradual cleaner. I have heard BITOG ERSTWHILE saying they use it up to 20% of their fill for slow, gradual cleaning.

Amazingly enough, there is none in Envoy engine right now, due to clciscosity concerns.

Bubbles appear on some cars when hot, apparently. It. An be safe or it can be water on the dipstick in the oil. Since they are super small it sounds like the safe, non-American kind.

Don't be afraid of doing the MMO thing.

There has never, on this site, been any actual picture proof provided to demonstrate this. Plenty of people claim it, but it is all conjecture and anecdotes with zero data.

You've never had an engine last long enough to even be able to comment on this and since you mix multiple wizards hoping that Harry Potter is going to pop up on your hood and gift you 10,000HP and 1500MPG, your comments on the topic are pretty bloody hollow

This is a whole lot of "me too!!!!" with a huge lack of anything to back it up.

OVERKILL you are going to stop jumping over me. MMO is used by BITOG ER and cleans up engines pretty well is why it's even said on here. Your personal feelings about me are clouding your take on what's on the site.

I been debating "me too" putting MMO in Envoy but the oil is thin enough ok.

My Honda did this and the Honda forum let me know that it is a known issue on certain Honda engines.

If you post tripe, I'm going to call you on it. Demanding me to stop because you don't like being called on it is childish. Stop posting garbage and you'll find I will leave you alone and may even agree with you from time to time.

Saying it again doesn't make it true.

No, my personal feelings for you aren't appropriate to share on this board. However, being an incredibly logical and rational person (attributes you have zero experience with), I am able to separate my thoughts about you personally from the garbage you post.

Of course you have, because you can't leave the wizards on the shelf and something that is working properly well enough alone. That's why you have left a huge list of destroyed vehicles in your wake due to you "loving them to death".

Joseph, you are not a stupid person. But your inability to think before you act and instead simply entertain your compulsions as they come has left you with nothing to stand on in terms of being able to dish out advice on this board. You have no vehicles that are your own that run. You've yet to finish ANY of the "projects" you've started. Deal with that stuff first before you make suggestions about how others should be maintaining THEIR vehicles.

+1 Some folks catch on VERY slowly, if at all.

You argue with me a lot.

Ask user demarpaint about MMO.

Yes, and with every single one of your identities/aliases too. I have also tried to help you, but as with the advice dispensed by many others, it tends to fall on deaf ears.

Why? Frank isn't the one peddling the (virtual) benefits of the product in this thread. He generally keeps his comments to the additives sub-forum which I also generally stay out of. He is aware of my position on the topic, I am aware of his. He has a certain fondness for it and has certain beliefs about it regarding perceived capabilities. I generally leave Frank alone because while I may not agree with him, he's not sitting there with two blown up vehicles in his mom's driveway handing out advice to others on how to maintain theirs.

Slow down. Read. Think. You do not need to be peddling "tips" to others on here when your own situation is a gong show. I KNOW you are trying to get your life in order, and I think that's a wonderful thing. So focusing on that rather than worrying about what others are doing is more healthy than arguing with me over something you can't support.

How's the Honda coming?
