As an aside, I sent a note to the Customer Service Director after they kept calling to check on my degree of happiness at my service experience. Gave em the entire story of the apathetic, indifferent putrid-yet-polite service effort I experience now since I bought this car in Feb 2006, as opposed to the first 20 years they were in business. Man, they used to wash the car, throw a free State Inspection on it every time they had your car, vac it out, they acted as though they really valued their customers, especially the repeaters. I really, really regret what it's become nowadays because they used to be the very best of the best in auto service in this area just a couple of years ago.

Now, they bash your car and deny it. They fail to answer questions about the service, the fluids, they don't seem to even know about the fluids, coolants, transmission fluids, none of it. Worse still they can't fix stuff.

Best of all, Sept 9, guess what brand of oil/viscosity was delivered to their bulk tank out back? Yall are gonna LOVE this..

No, no no...They have a tank out back (you tend to roam when they have your car for six hours). It has all kinds of plumbing going to it, air lines, supply lines out, splitters, all that. The CASTROL GTX guy puts a sticker on the tank with the date and grade every time it's filled. There were a dozen stickers on there in various shades of disrepair. Most recent was 9-7-2007 and it had 10W30. But there were some stickers recent as 6 or 7 of 2007 that read 10W40. This, in a dealership where the owner's manual of every car they sell specs 5W20, except 10W30 is acceptable where you cannot get 5W20. No other tanks, that I saw either, their entire oiling system went back there. I guess they "can't get" 5W20 in bulk, is that right? Ya think?

I KNOW it can't be to save money. Nah, no way. At least (supposedly) it's Castrol. The brand is nice, why not the proper grade?
