What is the application???
There is a compatibility chart of grease base types, so looking at the PDS for these two greases and then checking the chart ought to give the answer...
If its something that is high temp or whatnot... like a u-joint or wheel bearing, Id clean out any grease, regardless of compatibility, prior to putting in a new brand.
