274 Moly EP NGLI #2 grease for a 6301 bearing?

I got a new 6301 bearing for an AC belt tensioner pulley. I don't know if the bearing has been pre-greased or not, or the RPM of the tensioner pulley. I've got some leftover Schaeffer's 274 Moly EP NGLI #2 (from filling the ball joints). I want to use that if I can get away with it.

yup the # 274 is a good grease for that application, and most any you put it up to, in general Schaeffer's makes great products from my experience.

Bearing should come with grease in it. Sealed high speed bearings don't need much grease.

right- IIRC, generally 1/2 for low and 1/3 full for high speed

RPM and estimated generic load (light, medium, heavy) are important to calculate base oil viscosity requirements
