Changed to 5w30 no timing chain rattle

Running 5w30 in Australia? Better change it out for at least some 20w-50 or 30-70!


Not surprised the lighter oil helps. Does it get cold where you are?

Yes, it's on the invoice. I think they go by the owners manual where it states 10w30 is preferred for climates above -18C. It would rarely go below freezing in Melbourne.
