Here's my 2018 taurus champion COS10575 filter cut open. I notice specs of silicon. The oil was changed after a timing cover replacement 5k ago. Car currently has 13k. Oil used was RGT 0w20.

Yes, it is full synthetic
It sure is. Comes in 0w20, 5w20, and 5w30. They say there 5w30 is almost a 5w40.
