They make GM's OEM filters after they sold off what was left of AC Rochester, Delphi, or whatever parts division they had in the UK.
They should be equivalent in quality to whatever the current AC PF24 is. Verly likely the identical design and materials.
However, at $22 a pop I'm not sure I'd ever want to do anything other than put it on, take it off (by hand to avoid scratches) after display, and reuse it. At that price I'd even think of just swapping the gaskets off of newer filters. There's no paper label, so getting oil on it wouldn't ruin it.
There are some originals selling on eBay, but I'm not sure about actually installing a 40 year old filter. But the reproduction doesn't seem to get the color just right. So some just buy decals to slap on a white filter can?
