CEL on wife's Mazda CX-9

My wife called in a panic that her check engine light was on. Luckily, it was on and not flashing so I told her to go ahead and drive home. This morning I hooked up my simple code reader and laptop and pulled the code and information. It shows a P2A04 code. I have never really gotten into working on her Mazda (a 2013 CX-9 with v6 engine), sticking with my older Honda.

Anyway, this is the first time I have used this program and maybe I am getting too much information and have no idea where to start. I attached the data from the scanner in hopes that someone here can point me in the right direction to start.

Thats all you are looking for, looks like the O2 Sensor on "Bank 2, Sensor 2" which will be the downstream sensor is not functioning properly. It may need to be replaced, you can try clearing the code and see if it comes back.

But they are not too expensive on rockauto.

Your freeze frame indicates Bank 2 Sensor 2 is putting out 0 volts. If you've already verified it's plugged in, then it's not working. Or else there's a short in one of the wires, but it's far more likely to be the sensor.
 
Thanks for the information. I noticed the 0.0v as well as the 99% short term fuel trim readings. I am going to get under it tomorrow and try to find the sensor and check the wires. Hopefully it won't be one of those nearly impossible to get out!

I've read soaking in PB Blaster and/or heating up the bung with a small torch can help with the stuck in ones.
