Cat only gives attention when one is on the throne

When my dawg was a puppy, I was a student with summer off, so I was home all day with him. If I was on the throne, I had him stay with me so he wouldn't chew on everything in the house. Now, if I'm in the library, he comes in to check on me. I guess he figures that's just the thing to do.
One cute puppy trick he did once was to come in with his chew toy, walk up to me, and drop it in my shorts. Thank you very much, it's what I always wanted!

He knows the water is fresh then, I've caught my cat drinking from the toilet even thought they got plenty of fresh clean water in their bowl and it's frustrating. My cats also lick the shower curtain liner and paw at the water droplets rolling down the curtain after I take a shower.

My cat loves drinking out of cups. Never leave a cup of water alone in my house. As a matter of fact, the little [censored] tipped my cup of water over yesterday and missed an electrical outlet by about 2 inches.

He also does the stare into bowl if I'm draining the radiator and I have to take evasive action. I like my kitty clean and cuddly.

My cat has never gone to the toilet to drink, but he does like moving water. My mom got him a cat water fountain that he loves. He only drinks from that or the bathroom sink.

The other cat, the smarter of the two, always runs into the bathroom after the toilet has been flushed, but all she does is circle around the toilet, she does not try to drink from it. I think she believes a prey item is in the toilet. She reacts the same to the printer.

My cat watches TV. He'll sit there with full attention for practically a half hour, especially if there's a lot of movement on the screen. If there is small animals running and jumping like on Animal Planet, he'll flatten out and get into the defensive/pounce (with tail flapping around wildly) position and be poised for a strike.

My alley cat(the black cat in the pic above)...the black tail loves to watch jets on t.v...she's become quite the history buff when the History Channel airs their Dogfight series...maybe they should have a Catfight series...Ah me cats are wonderful I never wanted cats(couldn't have dogs where I live) wifey brings home a little tortie who stole my heart...I said "NO!"...almost three years later "LC" runs [censored] at my house!...Did I mention she stole my heart!...I wanted a dog!...No worries as she doubles for a "Watch Cat". Hissing at all who pass by my windows. The little gal has no idea how cute she is!

'oly jamoke!! wad a cat!!!

My cat has learned to bark from the dogs. I need to get a video of this. It's a throaty low bark....there is no other way to describe it. It's not really loud, but it is a bark. He only does it at his own beckoning during rough play.

It's quite amazing how the pack of animals has into dogcats. The black dog in particular has picked up many catisms. The rough play sometimes reaches quite a crescendo - but no one gets seriously hurt. The female dog is less self secure and sometimes goes into serious all out mode, but the cat is too quick for her. Male (black) dog is as quick if not quicker than a cat.
