Castrol SFX oil filters?

for those changing oil in the mid-late 80's Castrol tried this before--there was a Gen I Castrol oil filter--it was made to look just like their bottle of oil

So better filtration @ 25 then the WIX that's the same or better then some high end synthetic filters, not bad not bad good looking filter.

Thanks for the info JD. I saved the website for future orders, depending on your reply of great service or not. That site has the best price for filters that I will be buying but wasn't sure about shipping cost/speed, customer service and if their products were genuine or a scam.
That filter you bought does look nice. Is the gasket lubed as the website claimed?

Looks like a high quality oil filter to me ... I'd use it, but there isn't one made for my car.

Most welcome sir , Very glad you did not take offense to me posting some pics of the filter, Yes gasket is per-tubed . Also the filter box itself is 3 times as thick as anything I have seen lol . They ship USPS flat rate.

Anyone have knowledge of Castrol SFX oil filters? I ran across them @ a website I stumbled upon while searching for oil filters and found them at Filters and wipers page. Any and all opinions are appreciated. I was looking for the M1 extended performance oil filters when I came across the Castrol.

Why would I take offense to your posts and pics, since they help me and others who have questions about the filter? From your posts, I'm really liking that retailer. Your info helped my decision to do future business with them.
