I recently took apart my generator engine (Honda gx200 clone) due to the compression release mechinism was stuck open, i fixed that and changed the oil with some Castrol Magnatec, while i was at it i checked the piston for scuffing and it was realy smooth and nice i ran it for about 10 miniutes and the compression release got stuck again so i got a new camshaft but i noticed the oil had some meetal dust in it so i checked the piston and rod bearing and they where scuffed and scrathced is this oil known for this?
Castrol Magnatec caused piston scuffing.

I'm not sure your reasoning is sound. Visual inspection of oil tells you nothing, and the presence of Magnatec in the engine when it failed doesn't mean that was the cause of the failure.
my thoughts on this subject is more in the lines of poor/improper internal engine cleanliness during assembly, less so with oil.
motor oil (or all lubricants in general) ais clean and grit/debri-free. But then of course: if the internal of the crankcase if dirty to begin with, it will cause scratching/scuffing/scouring no matter what "magical elixir" you put in it. Afterall: I believe it's just a splash feed lubrication system and no oil filter to help filtering out the debris inside the crankcase.

I would not equate it with the oil assuming you used the correct grade and the oil you added was clean (oil from container with cap on).

Kinda my thought too. I don't believe any oil is going to cause that type of damage in 10 minutes.

a fair part of northern europe's vehicles run on magnatec and many of these vehicles make it longer than 10 minutes.
My OPEs have also run on leftover magnatec and none of them have any issues of this kind.
I think it's something else that caused this problem...
