Vehicle: My 2010 GMC Sierra (4L60e) listed below.
ATF OCI: Drain refill every 25k, Filter change every 50k

Approaching first filter change, I've already used Castrol Syn Blend DexVI once before but noticed Castrol Full Synthetic Multi Vehicle Transmax which meets DexVI spec is actually cheaper in price. Whould there be any disadvantages or noticeably benefits to using the Multi Vehicle Transmax over the DexVI Syn Blend. Just confused why the Syn Blend would cost more.

Yes I used the same stuff Castrol Syn Blend DexV on our 2007 GM Trial Blazer. They didnt even have the Full Synthetic Tranmax at AAP.. I had to go to AutoZone to get it for my Honda.

Next time I do a Transmission Drain and fill on the GMC Truck I will use the Castrol FULL Syn... no doubt.
