So that means about 3 qts in the line and cooler. That is a lot.

I think the cooler is 5 plates. Not sure how much fluid that equates to. I think I am going to add an aux tranny Cooler.
Just got done installing the CAI and pulley. Feels real good!
I wish I could just leave one car stock. Well the Equinox is but that is the wife's. I was thinking about exhaust though...someone anyone help me...

You do not need any help, what is the fun of leaving a car stock?

The wife's car you may want to leave stock. Except if it's to prevent an expensive repair or headache later on.

My fiancee's Honda Fit has two modifications, both of them done with her blessing: Xpel headlight film on the foglights (already has saved us from replacing a $250 foglight), and mesh in front of the A/C condenser. Both are preventative in nature, and both do exactly what we want them to!

Mike Friend only does modifications if they stand to break the Vehicle...
I count count the rearends I broke in the Trans Am, then I went to a Moser 12 bolt broke that, now I am on a Ford 9 inch! I love over 400 RWHP.

I am shooting for 320 WHP in this.

Should be good for mid 13's easy.
I know the Fluid change is temporary as the 4T65E is going to need some upgrading here in about a year. I know exactly what I am getting.

Had one in my old GTP. Takes one [censored] of beating!

Wow, that's one powerful Regal! I love how it looks bone-stock in that picture!

Will you be running Dex-VI in that, or something thicker?

The current tranny has Dexron VI, it is the one I did the other night.

When this one breaks in the next year, I will run Dexron VI in the new one. The guy in the link makes the best 4T65E on the planet hands down. There are 9 and 10 second cars using his application.
I figure right now with the pulley, tune and CAI. I am about 240 to 250 at the wheels (good for low 14's). Exhaust, headers and 1.8 rockers should get me right around 300. If it is working good, I will remvoe the current 3.4 pulley (stock is 3.8) and go with the 3.25 pulley. 300 to 320 WHP.
The perfect 13 second sleeper.

Heh, my N/A LeSabre got a ported/polished intake manifold a few weeks ago. It's a nice kick in the pants.

I'm trying to keep my transmission around for a long time.
