Car Wash and Wax on Headlights

I took the bugs off with a scrubby brush and after that I put two coats of Collinite 845 on. Will a brushless car wash take the wax off?

Those products are not very chemical resistant, so most likely. Touchless car washes tend to use high PH degreasers for the wash.

If in doubt, reapply the wax to your headlights. How long could that take?

No, it won't remove it. 845 is actually a Sealant because it's synthetic. Synthetics typically are very chemical resistant.

I am more concerned about the fact that you used a "scrubby brush" on your paint / headlights. Just reapply the wax often.
