Maybe buy a silicon glove. If you can get your hand down in there, It gives you more grip and leverage..

I know you've already got it taken care of, but figured I would offer a suggestion for the future: Those little rubber grip-pads that they sell for opening jars are very handy for hand tightening oil filters(or loosening them by hand) when access is tricky. I've used the dotted texture ones for this on occasion with great results.

Vehicle in question is a Land Cruiser Prado which is the rougher/slightly cheaper version of the Lexus GX you get in USA. Comes with an ancient diesel engine designed in the 90s and updated slightly for around 15 years until they released a new engine 5 years ago.
Some markets still get the old engine.

Reason i cant hand tighten is due to the filter location, by the time i reach the oil filter can, im standing on a small ladder, back bent over, arm fully extended and i can barely grab the filter with like half the length of my fingers, i managed to get it 1/2 turn but nothing more and after running the engine for some minutes i noticed a slight amount of fresh oil seeping through.
Ive changed it in the past with a rubber strap wrench but it broke, got a different one from amazon but the rubber strap stretches too much and im unable to tighten the filter because it slips.
Now i got a two way 3 jaw oil filter wrench but im a hit hesitant to use it thats why i am asking if anyone has done it with one of those.

Oil filter in question is a Fram Ultra XG3614.
Oh come on dude the solution is easy: just grow longer arms. Problem solved!😜
