I have a smaller can of PB Blaster and I believe there is maybe 1/4 to 1/3 left but there is nothing to push it out. Given that one can use the can normally or upside down, I do not see how it could be my fault.

Maybe it only happens on the smaller cans.

Anyone else had this problem?

I emailed them.

I have had this problem with aerosol cans (various products) that have rare use. I think that the valve develops a small leak and the light propellent comes out, leaving the heavier product hopelessly trapped in the can. I'm glad you emailed them. I hope that my can of PB Blaster does not do this!

Same has happened to me on carb cleaner, tire shine, degreaser, etc. that were aerosol cans that sits for long periods. I've even purchased products off the shelf that had the problem.

The company is sending me a free can of PB Blaster.

They also said you need to keep the can upright. To that I said the label on my small can, says upside down or any angle. Interesting response:

I have to congratulate you. Honestly, in the 6 years I have worked here,
I never noticed that the label said that. Thanks for pointing it out,
and we are going to change it ASAP.
The story I got (and this all took place before I began here, so I'm
just going on what I've been told) is that when we changed to a larger
diameter dip tube, the manufacturer told us that it would result in
better sprayout when used at an angle. Marketing used a little creative
license to make the claim that you refer to. It should have been removed
from the label when the design underwent revision, but somehow we all
missed it. Like I said, I never noticed it until you pointed it out.
So the bottom line is that it should not be on our label, and it will be
removed in the future. In the meantime, try to keep the can as upright
as possible when using it, and thanks again for calling it to my
attention.

I've had that happen to my very first "full-size" can of PB Blaster.

I also have a full-size can of WD-40 on my bench right now that's in the same boat. DEAD.

Contact PB blaster

"Ted Smith"

They will ship you a free can.

They sell non aerosol PB Blaster. When the aerosol runs out, that's what you have. Poke a hole in the can to use.

Oh won't this make a funny story at parties: "Hey, tell them how you lost your eyesight again!"

If the propellant is gone, this is not very hazardous. You can tell if the propellant is gone by squeezing the can.

Still, wear safety goggles.

Safer is just to pull out the trigger button and dump the content out. Interestingly, sometimes taking out the trigger button and put it back may fix it temporarily.

Oh I know, I was just making a funny- or trying to anyway. Guess I failed.
