I have this minor scuff to remove on the fender. On paint I would just use Meguiars 110 polish followed by a Turtle Wax graphene sealant. Can I do the same on PPF?

I don't think vinyl wrap is the same as ppf.
I've taken minor scuffs out or at least lessened them with 3M lens and plastic cleaner or some of the more aggressive canopy polishes.
Turtle Wax Seal N Shine works great on film, decals, etc, at least for protection. I know nothing of scuff buffing, though. But the good news is that the protector did its job, right?
Used less abrasive Meguairs 83 and it took it right out. Using it on the rest of the film on the hood and bumper and Turtle Wax graphene sealant. Looks like glass.
