Can seafoam do this? If not, what can??

My mechanic said 2 cylinders have less than 50 pressure. Its possible he could be wrong.. and Im hoping he is..
 
Bet ya 5 bux that 1 or more of your exhaust valve is burnt, causing leaks during combustion phase.

My take would still be that your spark plug #3 (from left to right) has a broken ceramic tip, that tip might have caused some damage....

At this moment, no point make any more guesses (even from myself). I would simply get a mech to pull the head for inspection if I were you...

Sounds like a head gasket to me. Have the head milled flat if you go that route.

My theory is that during the seafoam treatment, the non compressible liquid raised chamber pressure just enough to blow out an already weakened section of the head gasket. The weakest point on a head gasket is usually between cylinders.

You might consider replacing the "320i" emblem with a "320d"...
