Can Red Line D4 ATF be mixed w/ Amsoil?

Would like to use up my 5 quarts of Red Line D4 ATF by mixing w/ 7 or so of Amsoil universal ATF during a complete fluid change (torque converter & all) in a GM 4L60E transmission. Both are full synthetic. Anyone see any problems with this?

I've mixed the two with no problems.

But, if you're the type to look for excuses or someone to blame if something fails, don't mix.

Not looking for a patsy; thought it would be OK. Just wanted to run it by the board 'cuz there's a lot of experience here. If there were some major issue, hearing about it is better than dealing with a transmission problem.
