I have a 2021 Yamaha Mt09 890cc triple.

I recently ordered some oil and a wix filter from amsoil. The filter amsoil said was compatible with my bike is linked below. However on the wix website they recommend a different filter for my bike also linked below. I would obviously rather trust the company that makes the filters however it seems the one wix recommended is discontinued, can't find it anywhere anyway. What worries me is they have different bypass valve psi settings. Any thoughts? Thanks.

If they are both recommended by WIX, then I wouldn't worry about the bypass setting. The bypass setting is based a lot on the design of the filter, and that's why 10 different oil filters specified for the same engine can have different bypass valve settings.

Both links go to the Wix site.
Right, the OP listed the links from the Wix site, but one was recommended by AMSOIL and one by Wix. He said: "The filter amsoil said was compatible with my bike is linked below. However on the wix website they recommend a different filter for my bike also linked below." At least that's how I read it. Maybe he can clarify.

Yeah, that's how I read it too ... but maybe both are acceptable. That's something the OP will have to verify with a call to Wix. I guess it's possible that the Amsoil site is wrong, but if so then Wix must have fed them the wrong information.

I’m guessing the WL10000 is the filter for the bike since they’ve been consolidating part numbers. The Wix WL10000 also crosses to the 51358 and 51365 which are a Fram Ph6607 or Ph6017a

Thanks guys. I'm just going to use it.

Thanks guys. Yeah the Fram ph6017a crosses with my OEM yamaha filter as well. But for whatever reason when I put in the WL10000 it only crosses with like 3 other filter according to that cross reference site. I'm using it, thanks for the help everyone.

The Fram PH6017a is the same as my Ninja 650, evidently this filter fits a lot of different bikes. The Fram website has a list of applications that this filter is used with. These Fram filters are actually well built and you can pick them up from Walmart, Autozone has the STP version which is the same thing too and actually cheaper, the STP from Autozone is $5.29 and Walmart wants $6.63 for the Fram.
