Can I make this stuffed squash all in the oven?

Boy, that’s neat. And I mean not a speck of charcoal debris on that patio. Do you roll them off for cleaning and pull them back on or does Weber have a basket type arrangement that goes on and off?
 
You can never have too many kettles, still looking for a red and blue kettle, not in the pic is a 55 gal smoker, had those two running for a family cook. :)
 
Cleared the stovetop and started cooking. A diced white onion and the ground chicken for 10 minutes in a skillet.

Smells real good. Cut the squashes in half and stuffed'em.

Oven at 375, set timer to 50 minutes. Half hour to go.
