I need a part for my truck and I ordered it online on Christmas day and it shows on the internet they received the order but they STILL haven't shipped my order out. I called up the dealership numerous times today and nobody is answering the phone which I think it rather odd. I looked at the reviews on the website and shows poor reviews. I want to cancel the order cause I called my local dealer which I guess I should have done in the first place and they happen to have the parts I need in stock which I also find unusual cause it's not something somebody would buy. I just don't like my local dealer. They're a bunch of idiots, so my point is can I disput this purchase if they ever do charge my card? Can I just tell the bank I didn't buy this? How does this process work and what would I tell the bank when I fill out the questionare?
