Can anyone identify this symbol?

I was hanging out at a buddies house the other day and saw this sticker on the back of the neighbors car that at first glance resembles a cat wearing a top hat. Interestingly the whole family drives white cars, although somehow I don't think it's related.

I apologize if this has any religious meaning, curiosity has gotten the better of me.
