Calling all 2 stroke oil chemists

I run 2-cycle oil in my Cummins for added lubrication of the Bosch VP44 injection pump, which is completely fuel lubricated. I don't think Bosch took either LSD or ULSD into consideration when designing the pump.

I make sure of that on my 2 strokes. I like a nice oily exhaust port.

As adiabatic essentially means "no flow of entropy out of/into the system", same difference.

The basic I.C. engine models are P#V^Gamma for compression/expansion.

"I prefer Isentropic "

I heard that about you Shannow.

Heating 2 stroke oil in a pan is a biased test.
A mixture of fuel and a tiny percentage of 2 stroke oil when burned and exhausted is a much different scenario.
