Fram had a video showing how to replace the cabin air filter on my Focus...and the instructions were very simple. Ordered the "Breath Easy" Fram from Amazon...$15.99...and Fram is offering a $3.00 rebate. Anyone know how often these filters should be replaced? Would it be time or mileage?
