Bypass filter

I am trying to find out what the bypass oil filter pressure is for Rotax oil filters. Belive it is made by Champion

For some reason Rotax does not want to share this information. Probably because they do not want us Rotax engine owners to use anything but their oil filter.

Anyway, would sure appreciate any information available on this subject.

Aircraft related oil filters appear to have some way out standards (probably in terms of certifications required). They sure look common enough. I doubt you can xref any numbers that work on these engines to the automotive filter mans.
